Sunday May 21st my little Jennifer graduates. She has come to the children's department and helped us in the past for summer reading. Congratulations Jennifer!

I Love you,
Mom

Muffins with mom was a success. We had 28 total with moms and kids. We also made 5 extra Mother's day crafts with kids throughout the day it was great.

Our next adventure is summer reading. We are planning on about 400 kids to sign up the first two weeks of June.

Also we can't forget dad's so Saturday June 17th look for donuts with dad.

Muffins With Mom

Once again, the Children's Department hosted another successful program, Muffins with Mom. Riverton Library ROCKS!

"How The West Was Worn"

Chris Enns, author of "How The West Was Worn," presented her novel to excited Riverton Library patrons last night. The "House" was packed and she delighted people with her tales. Several requests were made by the patrons for the Library to host more functions like this one.

Lights On at the Library

No longer will the Riverton Library maintain a shadowy collection! Work began on April 28 to install a new lighting system throughout the library. (The photo shows the old lights on the left and the first new light on the right) If you listen closely enough you can hear Gloria's "oohs and ahhs" each time a new bank of lights is installed. Come by and check it out...we look forward to "seeing" you!
