Wyoming Reads
The invitation was for all Fremont County first grade students to attend the second annual "Wyoming Reads" at the Riverton Branch library. We had about 535 children and teachers in attendance for this event. Adult community members and Riverton High School students paired up with library staff as readers, actors, helpers, and costume wearers for this wonderful day. Fun was had by all and we are so thankful for everyone who took the time to help us in this worthwhile endever.

Last Storytime
Well another storytime year has ended. We finished with a great party. There were at least 80 people in attendance and we all sat and listened to some great stories. Then we made necklaces from fruit loops. Hot dogs, chips, soda, and a cookie were served for lunch. It was a great way to spend our last day. We look forward to beginning again in September 2007.
In the meantime keep a watchful eye out for the "Summer Reading Program" which begins July 2, 2007. The theme this year is "Get A Clue" and it is going to be six weeks of fun filled activities. For more information contact the library.
